55rrr Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 55rrr platform and using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all the rules and terms described below. These terms are legally binding and apply as a contract between 55rrr and the user.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the platform. 55rrr reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

In these terms, "platform" refers to the 55rrr website, applications, and all associated digital services. "User" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 55rrr platform and use any of its services, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If a minor is found to have used the platform and this is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. 55rrr takes all possible precautions to prevent minors from gaming.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 55rrr platform is primarily operated for players in Bangladesh. Use of the platform from regions where online gaming is completely prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their area.

• Each user may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region is a violation of these terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing accurate and genuine personal information is mandatory when opening an account on the platform. 55rrr reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided.

• Each user may have only one account.
• The name and mobile number provided when creating an account must be genuine.
• Keeping the password confidential is the user's responsibility; sharing it with anyone else is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the 55rrr support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

55rrr follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Identity verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in the event of any suspicious activity.

For identity verification, a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and proof of address documents may be requested. If the correct documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 55rrr platform:

• bKash — fast and convenient mobile banking
• Nagad — postal department digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Funds deposited into the account may only be used for gaming purposes. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited — only the account holder may deposit and withdraw.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though this may take longer if identity verification is still in progress.

• At the time of withdrawal, the account must have a sufficient verified balance.
• 55rrr reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5).
• Withdrawals can be made to the mobile number or bank account used during account registration.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

55rrr offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Example: ৳10,000 deposited → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000. The welcome bonus may only be received once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 (৳2,000 × 25) must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering may count fully or partially on certain games — please read the detailed terms for each bonus.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

55rrr operates a three-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier advancement depends on the type and volume of play. Cashback is credited to eligible players' accounts each week. VIP benefits are at 55rrr's discretion and may change at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on 55rrr operate under a Fair Play policy. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself. If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, the related bet may be considered void.

• Confirm the bet amount before starting each game.
• If a game is disconnected due to a network issue, the result will be determined based on the last saved state of the game.
• Report any irregularities or issues during play to customer service immediately.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

The 55rrr sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.

• Bets that have already been placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, 55rrr's decision regarding the related bet will be considered final.
• Bets related to match fixing or suspicious results may be placed under investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using unauthorized software, bots, or automation on the platform's games or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other users or 55rrr staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Transferring funds to other users' accounts or using chain betting methods.
• Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.

8.1 55rrr's Rights

55rrr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account, for any reason or no reason, and particularly in cases of the activities mentioned above.

• In the event of a terms violation, all funds in the account (bonus and winnings) may be forfeited.
• Whether the original deposited funds will be returned will be determined by 55rrr after an investigation.
• The account termination decision will be communicated by email.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request to close their own account at any time. To do so, a request must be sent to [email protected]. It is possible to withdraw a verified balance before the account is closed.

• Losses caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Errors or delays by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

In any situation, 55rrr's maximum liability will be limited to the verified balance in the user's account.
